"S Factor"

Here with the "S Factor" girls, good friend and "partner in makeup crime", Kristina Frisch and I glamoured the instructors of "S Factor" (women who "strip" to stay fit) for a photo shoot. The next day we both had poles installed in our homes. It is such a great workout!

Super Fit Mama

Filmed a segment for KTLA Morning News with Fitness Expert and Author of "Super Fit Mama", Tracey Mallett. Skyla was a perfect Makeup Assist, however by the time we got around to filming she was ready for a nap. Fitness Modeling may not be her thing just yet!

Back to Work!

Just two months after giving birth to my daughter I am back to work with Celebrity Fitness Trainer, Gunnar Peterson. Time to get back to work and in shape!!
